Pat Wessels is qualified in International Occupational Health and Safety and Management.

Pat is also a professional nurse specialised in the following fields:

General Medical and Surgical Nursing Science

Community Health Nursing

Psychiatric Nursing

Midwifery

Medical and Surgical Critical Care Nursing

Pat has worked with Evacuation and Disaster planning since 1994, and was awarded the best Disaster Plan for Schools by the City of Tshwane in 2012

Pat has also worked with the SA Military to evacuate disaster victims.
